The Tip Protector 12mm offers the dual benefits of protecting the tip of your cane/pole and the walking surface on which it is being used. Metal tips can damage flooring or improved surfaces, so the Tip Protector 12mm is ideal for walking and museum tours. On harder outdoor surfaces, the constant "tick-tick" of pole strikes can be bothersome and the tips can even be destructive on certain types of terrain.
